Undergraduate Aid Review for Loss of Income 2026-27 Academic Year

This form is used to request a second review of your financial aid eligibility based on a change in your financial circumstances. If a parent has suffered a job loss or some other difficult circumstance, please provide information below so we can determine whether we can help. We want to be helpful, but we also must be realistic in assessing your circumstances. Revisions can be considered only if one of the criteria shown below are met.

International students: Please note, Northwestern cannot assume responsibility for economic changes such as currency fluctuation or inflation, and we cannot replace lost support that a student may have expected to receive from friends, relatives, or government and corporate grants.
