Submitting Information for a Study Abroad Financial Aid Estimate

To receive a financial aid estimate for your study abroad program, please provide the information requested below. This will allow our office to give you the most accurate cost and aid estimate for your quarter(s) abroad.

Note that estimates for summer quarter are not yet available . Students who applied for need-based aid during the academic year will automatically receive an estimate upon admission to their summer study abroad program. A separate summer aid application is no longer required, provided your 2025–26 aid application is complete. Once estimates are ready, students who submit a request will be notified via email.

If you are requesting an estimate for the next academic year, please note that it will be based on your current financial aid eligibility and the most recent program costs. Final amounts may change after a review of next year's financial aid application is complete and program costs are confirmed.

Please note that students may receive separate invoices from the partner program for additional items, such as housing, and will be responsible for meeting the partner program’s deadlines. Details can be found in the program brochure.
