Students may receive Northwestern summer grant assistance for one summer term during their undergraduate enrollment. Please complete this form to submit your request.

Please finalize your summer enrollment in CAESAR before submitting this application. Summer aid applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Our office will monitor summer enrollment and may adjust your aid if your enrollment changes.

Policies and Acknowledgements I understand that I must be enrolled in at least 2 credits to receive summer aid. I understand that summer aid eligibility is based on my specific enrollment, including number of credits and length of term, and that any changes to my registration at any time before or during the summer term may result in a change to my aid eligibility. I understand that if I withdraw or drop any courses during the summer term, my Northwestern assistance will be adjusted dollar-for-dollar and I will not receive any additional refunds resulting from enrollment reductions. I have read and understand the summer aid policies as outlined on the Undergraduate Financial Aid website.
Any changes to your summer course load that affect tuition may result in an adjustment to your financial aid award. If you receive a refund based on a higher course load and later drop courses, reducing your tuition, you may be required to repay a portion of the refund.

Our office will continuously monitor summer enrollment and adjust financial aid awards accordingly if your enrollment falls below the number of credits listed on your summer aid application.
