SUPERVISOR INFORMATION
The supervisor directly oversees the student's work and is responsible for reviewing and approving student timecards.

Acknowledgements and Certifications
The supervisor and agency agree to:
-Hire this student for the wage stated.
-Supervise the student's work performed.
-Approve the student’s bi-weekly timecard by stated deadlines.
-Ensure that the student-employee is paid only for hours worked.
Additionally, the supervisor and agency understand that:
-Enrollment changes or financial aid adjustments of any means may result in loss of the student's federal wage subsidy for future and past wages. The student will be notified if their financial aid is adjusted and it impacts their work-study eligibility during the academic year. The student is responsible for communicating changes to their FWS to their off-campus supervisor.
-Continued participation as an agency in the Federal Work-Study program is contingent on following these procedures.
